The finale in a series documenting the flower farms behind Scottish Flower Grower Collective. An initiative to bring wholesale floristry back to the UK. The central hub, located just outside Edinburgh, is where the flower farmers bring their cut flowers for florists to collect each Wednesday. This means florists can supply their clients (weddings/floral shops/etc) with flowers from multiple farms simultaneously, resulting in a wider selection of blooms. The barn is chaotic and beautiful as people run in and out with buckets of flowers all day, and it was a pleasure to see my new friend’s creations come to life.
