The eighth in a series documenting the flower farms behind Scottish Flower Grower Collective. An initiative to bring wholesale floristry back to the UK. The Rosebery Estate features a beautiful Victorian walled garden with a greenhouse. The estate produces flowers for the events hosted in the main house (and now for the collective). Gardeners Andy and Sam work full-time under the watch of owner Michael Kaplan, who uses a variety of botanicals grown in the garden to produce Great British Vermouth. A truly stunning place to visit in South Queensferry.
