mill pond farm
The fifth in a series documenting the flower farms behind Scottish Flower Growers Collective. An initiative to bring wholesale floristry back to the UK. Mill Pond is one of the oldest farms in the collective and actually trained some other members! It is run by Paula whose favourite flower is a lupin. It sits in the Borders and includes a pond occupied by some rather demanding swans, hens and a rooster running free and a beehive run by Paula’s husband. Our favourite part is the grape vines and nectarine tree growing in the polytunnels.
